In your free time, you can sit on the pontoon and watch the sunset over the lake, take a walk in the meditation garden, even feed the ducks that live on the onsite organic farm. This retreat has been designed to give you a full overhaul, so that you can start 2024 refreshed, healthy and ready to take on anything.

At our retreat, you will be served delicious, organic lacto-ovo vegetarian Thai/Asian food with buffet style dining, three meals a day.
- Vegan or gluten free options are available upon request. Please inform us upon booking of any dietary requirements.
- Fresh produce is picked straight from the onsite organic garden and local ingredients are sourced as much as possible.
- You will have complimentary ozonized, chemical -free, pure drinking water, herbal tea and healthy fruit snacks through out the day.
