You will learn mindfulness techniques, manifestation practices, and ways to make your body glow with health. All this, while surrounded by nature in a beautiful retreat centre in Chiang Rai.

In your free time, you can sit on the pontoon and watch the sunset over the lake, take a walk in the meditation garden, even feed the ducks that live on the onsite organic farm. This retreat has been designed to give you a full overhaul, so that you can start 2024 refreshed, healthy and ready to take on anything.

At our retreat, you will be served delicious, organic lacto-ovo vegetarian Thai/Asian food with buffet style dining, three meals a day.

  • Vegan or gluten free options are available upon request. Please inform us upon booking of any dietary requirements.
  • Fresh produce is picked straight from the onsite organic garden and local ingredients are sourced as much as possible.
  • You will have complimentary ozonized, chemical -free, pure drinking water, herbal tea and healthy fruit snacks through out the day.

Dr. Sekar Jaganathan

As a mindfulness practitioner and coach, Dr. Sekar Jaganathan, has helped over 10,000+ people around the world achieve mind clarity and live successful lives, via counselling sessions, personal interactions, retreats, and mind focus classes.

Through his counselling sessions, his experiences and observations culminated in a book “Making Miracles for the Self: Inspiring you to Live Right” which was published in 2019.

Leveraging mindfulness and the motto that ‘Life is Simple’, Dr. Sekar is a solution creator who advocates better ways of doing things by first changing one’s perspective about a problematic situation.

This is a quality that carries over to his role as a business and technology leader in the corporate world.

Nisha Langdon

Nisha, a Health & Wellness expert with 15+ years‘ experience, specializes in natural healing, herbal medicine, and regenerative detox counseling. Passionate about holistic health.

Nisha has worked in the Health and Wellness Industry for over 15 years in Australia and New
Zealand. She has spent the last seven years travelling around the globe with her family and has picked up many natural healing techniques and the benefits of herbal medicine from different cultures.

As a certified Regenerative Detox Counsellor, Nisha has helped many people heal their bodies through herbs and lifestyle changes.

She is passionate about educating people on how to improve their mental and physical health.

Nisha is a mum to three teenage children. After receiving a diagnosis of autism for her son, 11 years ago, she began working with a naturopath to reverse his symptoms. This led to intense research into the fields of nutrition, gut rebalancing, heavy metal detoxing, genetic markers and sensory overload.

She has worked with parents of children with autism to help them not only start to heal their children, but to understand the behaviour patterns that can arise from children on the spectrum. As a former Primary School teacher, she understands the stress and worry that parents can go through, having a child on the spectrum.

After suffering from adrenal burnout and panic attacks a few years ago, she dove deeper into fasting to heal the body; she has personally tried nearly every type of fasting, even doing a 108-day fast on grape juice! Through her experimentation, she gained the knowledge to understand how the body heals itself and how we can reach optimum health, if we give the body the right conditions.

Meditation and yoga have been something that has fascinated Nisha from an early age. A practitioner of Ashtanga yoga, she has seen how embracing yoga can have a deep impact on both body and mind. Meditation has changed her life in many ways, and has become a daily routine too.

At H2L, Nisha currently organises retreats both in Malaysia and overseas, besides also teaching meditation classes. She also works with the H2L team to bring mindfulness, mental health and trauma release classes to the public and the corporate world.

Yes, wifi is available in common areas, such as reception, lounge, dining hall. We encourage participants to keep electronic usage to a minimum to make the most out of this retreat.
Please let us know once you have booked your flight and we will arrange your transfers and meeting place.

Flights are not covered. However, we will organise your return transfers to and from either Chiang Mai or Chiang Rai airport. Pick up will be arranged for the 8th December and drop off will be on the 12th December unless you have made prior arrangements with the organisers.

Massages and spa treatments can be purchased at an additional cost. This can all be arranged once we arrive at the retreat venue.
Yes, included in the retreat are 3 organic vegetarian meals per day, plus fruit snacks and herbal teas. Please note that the retreat venue does not provide coffee, so if you wish to drink coffee, you may bring your own.
Yes, we have factored in plenty of down time for you, whether you want to sleep, swim, sit at the lake, create some art or just sit and chat. There will be time every day for you to relax

The rooms are all shared, either double or triple sharing.

To attend our retreat, you must have travel insurance. With most agencies, insurance must be purchased within 7 days of making your reservation. Please make sure that your insurance policy covers all activities and health conditions. This is the most important need for insurance because requiring any medical assistance overseas is costly. Also , depending on the policy and conditions, travel cancellation insurance will pay for some, or all, of the cancellation fees, should the need arise.
