All of our retreats are fully catered with wholesome vegetarian cuisine, drinks, snacks and desserts. We carefully choose venues that are flowing with positive energy, are clean and comfortable and set in nature. Where possible, we like to make sure that we are near the ocean, river or a swimming pool so that our guests can feel close to all the elements of earth, water, air and fire (yes, we do include bonfires in some of our retreats).
