As a technology editor over the past 20 years, initially Catherine only believed in tangible things and verifiable, science-backed facts. Since discovering mindfulness and researching into the world of unseen energies, she realised otherwise; now, she firmly believes that wellness encompasses more than that of the physical body and what can be seen and felt.
