A devoted mother to two teenaged children, Cathy is a lifelong advocate and practitioner of positive mental health and mindfulness. Cathy believes her state of well-being can be attributed to regular, sustained spiritual practices as her foundation.

As a finance specialist, Cathy works as a trained corporate resilience trainer at a multinational energy and mining corporation. She considers herself to be fortunate to pursue her passion in the mindfulness arena.

Anyone who knows Cathy finds her approachable, caring, patient and an avid listener who is a detailed practitioner in continuous self-learning. Aside from work, she immerses her interest and time in diverse areas covering environment conservation, and in particular coral propagation, and raising community literacy especially in financial understanding.
